In a dramatic conclusion marked by competitive tension, NM Rommel Ganzon emerged victorious at the Infinitum: Battlegrounds - 6th Edition 2025 held on last January 12, 2025 at Robinson Cybergate Cebu, overcoming a rare and challenging triple tie situation.
NM Rommel demonstrated exceptional skill and strategic brilliance throughout the tournament, finishing with an impressive score of 5.5/6 points together with Ian Villareal and Chris Aldritz Pondoyo, each equally hungry for triumph. However, it was Ganzon’s superior buchholz with 24 set him apart.

Despite his near-perfect performance, winning his first 5-games with Yohan Thirdy Gaudicos,
John Matthew Encina, Samuel Tenio, Charlie Lapus and Dante Lendio. NM Ganzon drew his final round with Ian Villareal resulting in a triple tie in the first place.
