Nodirbek Abdusattor wins Prague Masters 2024 with huge points lead.
The 6th Prague Masters finished with astonishing result. Nodirbek Abdusattorov secured the title in the penultimateround by beating Parham Maghsoodloo in a super complex Sicilian Defence wherein he sacrifice his queen in exchange of rook and bishop and creating a passed pawn.
Throughout the tournament, Abdusattorov's strategic vision and unwavering composure were evident in his
gameplay, as he maneuvered through challenging positions with unparalleled precision. 4th in the live FIDE rating list, behind Magnus Carlsen, Fabiano Caruana and Hikaru Nakamura surpassing world champion Ding Liren.
In the last round, all games were drawn giving Abdusattorov a 1.5 lead with 6.5/9 score from Rameshbabu
Praggnanandhaa with only 5.0/9. He mentioned that he is working out with Ruslan
